Pricing clarity
- Virtual POS transaction fees are separate from Vakfiye plan fees.
- On your own server you pay a one-time installation (assisted installation ₺19,900) and an annual licence/update fee instead of a monthly fee. The annual licence is quoted by plan.
- Moving your existing data starts at ₺29,900 as a separate service.
- SMS provider and WhatsApp Business (Meta) fees are paid from your organisation’s own accounts and are not in the plan price.
- Domains, custom work and out-of-scope support are quoted separately.
- In self-host, the server, DNS, backups and security are your organisation’s or technical team’s responsibility.
